Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

was founded in May of 2012 by Jessie Scarola in Eugene, OR. Jessie has been gluten-free since 2005…tired of a dismal selection of celiac-friendly pastries and treats, Jessie took her highly-praised homemade recipes into the Incubator Kitchen at Hummingbird Wholesale — and from there, into the world!

Elegant Elephant Baking Co. currently specializes in gluten-free desserts and pastries and also provides accommodating options for nut, dairy and soy allergies as well as vegan products. Gluten-free is all we do, and we aim to be the very best!   1. I ordered from you the potato bread with currants, donuts, vegan and sugar free these are my favorite. The pumpkin pie is great. The raspberry muffins are ok, not my favorite. Its a nice treat to have for the holiday, Thank you. Now with this new lockdown will you stay open?
